Overview

VerySimpleWebTools (“we”, “the site”) provides free browser-based tools. Most processing happens on your device; we do not ask you to create an account.

Data we process locally

When you use converters or calculators, your files and text typically stay in your browser. We do not receive that content unless a specific tool clearly states otherwise.

VSWT Apps and Google Drive (optional)

Apps at verysimplewebtools.com/apps (such as Pixel Art Studio) may offer optional Google sign-in to sync drafts or export files to your Google Drive account.

• Art and draft JSON are stored in your Google account (app data folder or visible files), not on VSWT servers.
• We store encrypted OAuth refresh tokens in Cloudflare KV to maintain your session and call Google APIs on your behalf.
• Session cookies on the main site identify your signed-in session when using apps; sign out clears our stored tokens.
• Local browser storage remains a fallback when you are offline or not signed in.

Cookies and storage

• Essential: theme preference and cookie consent choices (localStorage).
• Analytics (optional): only if you accept analytics cookies and we enable a provider.
• Advertising (optional): only if you accept advertising cookies and we enable an ad network.

Third parties

If you accept optional cookies, third-party services (such as ad or analytics providers) may set their own cookies. Affiliate links may take you to partner sites with their own policies.

Donations and affiliates

Links to Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, GitHub Sponsors, or affiliate partners are optional. Those services handle any payment or tracking under their own terms.
